These muffins are so delicious, and no oil is used! It is denser then the typical banana bread because of the oats, but my entire family loves it, including my 1 and 3 year olds!

me and my bosses daughter spent the day in the office today planning these cookies. It's her last day tomorrow so I said I'd bring in something "nice" and we brainstormed for a while and we came up with these. She wanted to buy something, but I always think something homemade goes over much better. They're easy as pie. I made them while waiting for rice to cook. And nummy to boot. If the family keeps munching there'll be none left for tea time at the office tomorrow!
