Wanted to use what was on hand, & needed to know the nutritional info. Don't usually use ground beef, but this was leftover from a picnic & needed to be used. Thought there wouldn't be an issue if cooked rice was added to the skillet just to heat through after everything else was cooked (good way to use up leftovers).
