You can put this over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. The nutient information doesn't include what you pour the A La King over. My personal favorite is mashed potatoes or pasta.

This is an easy tasty meal. It makes a ton of food. If you are cooking for a smaller family, freeze about half of it for up to 3 months in an air tight container for another meal. When you are ready to use it defrost & heat through.
