Homemade ravioli. The filling can be made with whatever you'd like; this is just one that I like a lot. This is a very time consuming recipe, so I like to spend an afternoon making a huge batch, then freezing them. To freeze, put them on a sheet pan single layer into the freezer until frozen (time will vary depending on the size and thickness). Then toss into a freezer bag.

I love cannoli but with the calorie content this is a great alternative and just as delicious. What you want to do is use the packaged mini phyllo dough shells instead of the sheets
