I was looking for crockpot recipes that were at least 30g of protein and 300cal or less. There are only a few here that use red meat. My goal is to make dieting simple while incorporating as much flavor as possible so I don't get bored with it.

Whether or not this is a "real" chicken curry, it's tasty and smells fantastic when you walk in to the house at the end of the day. I serve it with brown rice.
