I've seen many variations of this recipe, but this is the best one I've had. It originally came from my Sister-in-law's Mom. Our family enjoys these so much they are referred to as "THE beans".

Oven fried boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Nutrition calculated to reflect the extra ingredients needed in order to have enough mixture to coat the chicken. I calculated that about 1/2 of the mixtures are left over.

Chicken soup the way my old German aunt makes it. The chicken needs to have the skin and fat on it to give it taste. By removing the fat you remove the flavour.

This is the best recipe I've ever seen for scalloped potatoes and ham. It takes awhile to make the sauce, but it's well worth the extra effort.
