Most of these dishes are immitations of dishes I saw my mom and grandma make as I was growing up. Now I'm grateful for them because most of them are nutritious, low calorie and quite filling.

Cookbook creator says: Fast, easy and nutritious receipe that will warm your bones on a chilly winter evening.
I reduce the fat in the dish by draining off the fat after I brown the ground beef but you can use ground turkey as well.

Do you have a can or beans and an opener?
Easy, quick, and filling side or any time dish.
All you need is a can of beens and a little flour.
You could use less roux for a soupier dish or add yogurt or top it with an egg for a tasty main course.
Make it as spicy or blah as you like it.
Above receipe makes 2 servings
You could add some yougurt for a whole different dish or top it with an egg or mix in some left over chicken for a full meal.
