This recipe is so easy. The roast falls off the bone and is so tender. Served with steamed veggies, it makes as excellent entree for dinner. It also is very good to freeze. I can't take all the credit for this recipe, my sister made it for me when I visited her once.

try this comforting, delicious and super quick soup. though this soup could use some tinkering in the sodium department.... (keep your eyes open for sodium-reduced alternatives), it remains a staple comfort food at our house.
