Cookbook creator says: I used this recipe, but modified the amounts quite a bit. I took an 8 oz chicken breast, painted it with 2 Tbsp of the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, put 3 pieces of the turkey bacon on top, and 1/4 cup Fat free cheddar. This makes 2 servings for me. It is still fantastic, without as many calories! -
