Beef Salad
4 oz lean beef cooked medium rare. 1/4 onion, 1/2 carrot chopped, 1/2 cucumber chopped, 1/2 tomato, 1/4 bunch cilantro, 2 jalpenos chopped. Sauce: 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 tsp ginger, 1 ts garlic, 2 tb sesame oil, 2 tb fish sauce, 2 tb lime juice, combine and serve on cabbage leaves.
