My dad can't eat alot of sodium or soy products of any kind, so stir frys are pretty much out of the question. This recipe gives you that same flavor of stir fry without all of the sodium and calories. This recipe has a perfect proportion of calories, carbs, proteins, and fats!

This casserole is very low in both sodium and cholesterol. The secret is making your own white sauce instead of using canned soup and using cholesterol free noodles..
