This works great as a marinade for grilling as well. Just use equal parts of honey (I use agave but couldn't convert for this reciepe), soy sace and canola oil (or any type of oil)

If you are someone like me who needs fat and protein this should work. I can usually make it until about 11:30 before the stomach starts to growl and I start work at 7:30. And because of the berries and the nuts, there are lots of good anti-oxidents and omega 3 in there. I use 2% greek yogurt, but you can use the 0% to cut out more fat
