Great sandwich filling, but even better on a large whole-grain wrap (tortilla). If you do a low-carb diet, you could serve it over shredded lettuce or spinach. [Created 2008-03-07.]

This is a great low calorie portable lunch or dinner. On cold days I pop it into the school microwave for 15 seconds- which melts the parmesan and makes a nice warm treat! Add some jalapenos or pepper to spice it up!
