A great milky beverage that contains no milk!
I tried this at an authentic Mexican get-together a few years ago, and I've been drinking it every chance I get ever since.

I don't live very close to a Starbucks and even when I am I don't purchase coffee very often. Just for the simple fact that it cost so much. For a Venti Soy Cafe Mocha it will cost you around $4.50. ( It cost an extra 30 to 50 cents sometime more just for the soy milk). So I have been practicing with a coffee/ espresso maker that I have had for 2 years and just now decided to touch.

Makes just over 4 cups (for me, after straining)
Just edited: after straining, I had .5cups of shredded almond pulp. Assuming that 1c. of almonds is 2c. after soaking, I re-calculated the recipe.Submitted by APPIFANIE
