This was created to satisfy a bread need for a current Dukan diet-ite, thus the soy flour which has a strong aroma, but may take some getting used to. However, if you are looking for a low-carb, low fat muffin, this works.

This is my own adaption to the famous "Dukan Oat Brand Galette" by Dr. Dukan. This is the perfect 'sweet and spiced' way to start the day, and is just divine pair with a few dollops of fat free Vanilla Custard yogurt on the side. Bon Appetit!
