These are a fast and healthy version of my favorite breakfast item. I cook a batch of these on Sunday and then put them in baggies to eat on my way to work. Makes a good mid morning snack too.

A slightly sweet, completely wholesome batter used to make your favorite pancakes and waffles. They taste great with dried fruit or dark chocolate chips added. Try them with real maple syrup for an extreme experience.

Add a little variety to your diet. The nutrition facts are assuming pancakes, for waffles double the nutrition facts.

Makes 20 pancakes or 10 waffles.

Another adaptation to the Quaker Oat Pancakes. I enjoyed the carob so much with my oatmeal, that I thought I would try it in pancakes. Used a whole egg and 2% milk because that is what I had on hand. These pancakes are much thicker than the usual oat pancakes.
