I made these into three giant hamburgers, but it could easily be made into four burgers. I added the cheese in the turkey rather than put it on top afterwards. My family is a fan of garlic, so you may want to cut back if you are not a garlic fan. One other change I might make is using 93/7 next time.Submitted by LBCHILTON
