A great way to sneak some protein into your snack. My husband is VERY PICKY about his ranch dip, but even he likes this! Don't knock it 'till you try it!

This is a lower fat version of the recipe on the back of the Knorr package. Also has a bit more protein due to the addition of cottage cheese.

This is wonderful on crackers of your choice.
My favorite cracker to serve on is triscuit with rosemary and olive oil.
