I came up with this marinade from trying others and just substituting ingredients when I didn't have what the recipe called for. I found that this works well to marinate vegetables for kabobs on the grill as well as for chicken or steak.

Cookbook creator says: If you can find the lower sodium tomatoes, beans and use "No Salt" salt, you will have a lower sodium chili. I entered this one with "regular" sodium products.
