My family loves vegetable lasagna with white sauce and the stouffers brand is high in soduim and calories for such a small piece this is a recreated version I experimented with and when I hit it on the nose I had to share absolutely delicious

Cookbook creator says: super good, though not super filling. added a little onion powder, garlic powder, and mustard to give it some more zing, and mixed the cheese and squash together over low/med heat. maybe puree squash, was delicious but evenly distributed. maybe add tofu or couscous/quinoa to bump up protein content.
