A quick, tasty meal for during the week. Add crushed tortillas for some crunch. My kids add sour cream if too spicy and a little shredded cheese.

I found the original recipe on WW website but have tweaked it a little to fit our needs. This is also great as a vegetarian meal by omitting the chicken.
