I got this recipe from my sister. Its got a great chocolate taste and a good way to put fiber in your diet. It definitely does not taste like a high fiber treat. I keep them in the freezer to thaw quickly when I need a chocolate fix.

This Italian favorite is made with white, fresh mozzarella cheese, available in the deli of most supermarkets. Its different than the blocks of mozzarella you grate over pizza. It has a softer texture and a mellow, slightly salty taste.

This is an easy cold appetizer and a crowd pleaser. Its not an actual pizza, but more like a salad you can pick up and eat. Its full of fresh crunchy vegetables. Its a great summer treat because it goes right from the refrigerator to the table. No cooking required.
