2cups of Almond milk
1 cup of Kale
1 whole frozen banana
1/2 frozen orange(seedless)
10 frozen grapes
1/2 cup of frozen mango
blend all ingredients together in a good blender
divide in half and drink one half for breakfast and 1/2 for break
