I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.
Removing the chicken fat and skin and adding no salt to the tasty sauce makes this chicken favorite heart-healthy.
Light yet hardy! A person could probably cut more fat out by using another pasta or fat free dressing. I just whipped this up with what I had in the house. Might be fun to experiment with various veggies.Submitted by AMANDA324
