This is a nice spinach salad with oranges and almonds and the sweet-sesame dressing can be used as a great dip for raw veggies, spring rolls, and dumplings. The calories will be less if you use low-sodium soy sauce but they didn't have that listed.

Very nutritious and filling! Even if you're not a vegetarian, you'll find this chili delicious. This is a variation of a recipe originally published in "The 15-minute Vegetarian Gourmet."

I like to divide this into snack size bags for a quick, ready-to-go snack on the run. Keeps me from hitting the fast food! This has less fat & sodium than a bag of chips from the vending machine at work. :)Submitted by LANEYTEN
