I decided to make a previous recipe a bit healthier. I originally used 1.5 lbs of extra lean ground beef, this time I thought I would try it with 93% lean ground turkey. It definately brought down the Caloric value.

My sister wanted me to make this for her while I was visiting her in Montana. I am not sure how it tastes myself yet, however the recipe was slightly hard to follow since the author forgot some ingredients and then had to answer questions about the recipe. I had to go back and forth to put it together. I hope it is worth all the trouble Julie!
