A great way to use up leftover turkey after the holidays. Tastes great on a baked sweet potato and adds alot of fiber and vitamins. Also, good with non fat cheddar cheese.

A delicious and zesty chicken dish that's quick to prepare. I served this over tagliatelle with mushrooms and broccoli, but it would go great with rice or potatoes too. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
