A VitaMix blender is ideal for smoothies because it blends so well. I like retaining the peel for nutrients/fiber. Also, vegetarian. Substitute almond or rice milk for Kefir for vegan entry. I don't use soy because of a thyroid disorder. Drink within 15 mins. for most enzyme absorption.
