I made this up 2/28/2012. It turned out so good that I saved the recipe. It IS a litte high in sodium, so if yall wanted to do a less sodium chicken broth, please do so. Its low in fat and high in protein and vitamins! So yummy!

I found this base recipe on "Everyday Dish TV" then adjusted it to my taste by adding vegan Chorzo or Italian sausage and more spice. This recipe makes a ton and is good for pot luck or shared dinners.

My 12 year old loves making this recipe. I recommend using vegan friendly options when available and adjust the bouillon granules to your liking, or better yet, use vegetable stock that you've made!
