The tomatoes are getting ripe and I can never have enough ways to use them! A different take on pizza. Not something to eat everyday, due to the high sodium count but, for a nice treat .....YUM!!! I served this with a nice green salad for a light lunch or dinner.

I made this recipe with the intention of it being a cheap, meatless, main course, but there are no main course choices that fit this. It's not vegetarian, as chicken broth is used, however, you can make it a vegetarian meal by using vegetable broth instead of chicken.
