Cookbook creator says: Keep in freg for quick meals. It is so easy to prepare but if it is there it makes it even faster.
Try with "Savory Spinach With Tomatoes'. I changed this a little and forgot to say so, I left out the cloves and used Chicken broth, so it is not vegetarian with the broth.
