Cookbook creator says: Wonderful! Bre and Scott would like me to cut back on the cajun seasoning a little bit. Maybe next time - use only 1 T or 1 1/2 T of the seasong. Also, this is a cajun seasoning mix found from Paula Deen. It had been sitting in a rubbermaid container for months -- maybe over time it got spicier.
