Coloque la cebolla a freir con el ajo y la carne. Mientras esto se frie, licue un tomate y medio con un pocillo de pimenton rojo. Cuando el coliflor este tierno, cuelelo y coloquelo nuevamente en la olla. Agrege media lata de habichuela cortada al estilo frances y una cucharada de mantequilla con sal. Una vez la carne este lista, agregele la habichuela con el coliflor y revuelva.
