Coloque la cebolla a freir con el ajo y la carne. Mientras esto se frie, licue un tomate y medio con un pocillo de pimenton rojo. Adicione lo licuado a la olla con la cebolla y carne una vez que la cebolla esta transparente. Adicione la sal, comino, pimienta y el vinagre y deje cocinar hasta que la carne este lista. En otra olla con agua hirviendo, cocine el coliflor con sal.
Cuando el coliflor este tierno, cuelelo y coloquelo nuevamente en la olla. Agrege media lata de habichuela cortada al estilo frances y una cucharada de mantequilla con sal. Una vez la carne este lista, agregele la habichuela con el coliflor y revuelva.
