These fabulously heathy & delicious breakfast bars are a healthy alternative to packaged brands. And, they can be eaten during any Phase of the Dukan Diet!

This tuna salad has only five grams each of fat and carbs, and 26 grams of protein. I use half lowfat mayo and half greek yogurt because I prefer the milder flavor and it doesn't make much of a difference in my opinion. Feel free to use 2 tbsp of greek yogurt instead!

I like to add in freshly chopped herbs. I don't list them in the ingredients because it's a matter of taste and many will do. My favorites are dill, parsley and chives; they can be used individually or in any combination.
