Who can resist thick, creamy decadent cheesecake? Try this low-fat version in the single serving size.
I love these carrots... They make a great, sweet side dish with a nice kick. They come out more or less al dente when I cook them on high for 4 hours in the slow cooker, so if you like your carrots mushier, leave them in for longer.

This is a modified version of a spinach quiche recipe that I got off the back of a package of Knorr's Vegetable soup mix. The orignal recipe calls for a pie crust instead of sausage. I like this version for the added protein from the sausage.Submitted by DWAN1969
