This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. A girl at work gave this to me .. when I put in her ingredients.. it came out to be 1000 calories~~! so ..I did a little modification!!.. and cut the servings in two.. now its just 167 cals.. per serving..I made this last night and it was fantastic!! light and fluffy!!!!
