Some delicious, hearty, pancakes! Try adding fruit and nuts to make them even better! Serving size is 1/2 c of batter. Makes about 13 pancakes when poured into the pan at 1/4 cup each.

this is a really easy recipe that doesn't take too many ingredients and is a really tasty Sunday morning brunch. It does, however, require a cast iron skillet.

These crepes are a delicious sweet version.

I prefer to top with berries, roll up like a burrito, dust with powdered sugar and serve for breakfasts or a quick snack, but the possibilities are endless. Great recipe to make for kids and allow them to personalize with their own toppings.

The recipe is easy to follow but crepes can be a bit tricky to cook at first; it is not an exact science and it can take some trial and error

With these pancakes you can make up the dry mix (I ususally double it) and keep it in the fridge and make it up only when needed. (which will be often as good as they are)

These are more moist and delicious than regular flapjacks - and bananas and oats are good for you! They are good for satisfying sweet cravings and are also filling due to the oat content.
