This recipe is really easy; it's really more of a process than a recipe. Rice paper wrappers, which are available in the ethnic sections of most larger supermarkets these days, are a great way to wrap your veggies and protein for a quick snack or light lunch. Restaurant-style hot and sour soup, minus the sugar, corn starch and MSG. You can add whatever other vegetables you like (hot and sour soup usually has mushrooms but I don't like them). I usually add bean sprouts and brown rice and serve it as a complete meal. Submitted by MTRGRL Carbs: 6.6g | Fat: 4.6g | Fiber: 1.2g | Protein: 10.3g | Calories: 105.9

One of my biggest fast-food temptations are greasy fried egg rolls from places like Panda Express. I made over this healthy version using lean chicken and fresh vegetables. Baking the egg rolls instead of frying them saves even more calories and these don't disappoint! They're flavor packed and I can make them often without feeling guilty. I serve them at parties, or for dinner with a side of brown rice. This is my favorite "go to" recipe! I got it when I was going to Weight Watchers, then I fine-tuned it to how I like it. Now it tastes just like you'd get in a restaurant! Be sure to measure the rice and chicken because it's tempting to "overdo it"! Submitted by MRSTEJANO Carbs: 36.3g | Fat: 5.8g | Fiber: 2.6g | Protein: 28.4g | Calories: 318.8

General Tso's is a BIG no no when it comes to Chinese food..... but I love it so. I found the sauce in the ethnic aisle and am hooked. When you cook it at home, the calories and fat are cut by almost 3/4! Add any veggies you like. Keep or omit the spaghetti(lo mein). Iron Chef also makes a great General Tso's sauce, but Trader Joe's(trader mings) is about $1 cheaper. Submitted by FETZEJ25 Carbs: 28.5g | Fat: 5.6g | Fiber: 3.6g | Protein: 11.6g | Calories: 206.3
