slice chicken breast to make a pocket.
mix together goat cheese, garlic (minced), and rosemary.
stuff chicken breast with goat cheese mixture. bake at 375 for around 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees in the thickest part of the meat (not the stuffing temp).
