fry sausage and drain - a 1 pound roll yealds 12 oz. cooked - chop pepperoni into pieces - mix with pizza sauce - add cheese when mixture is cool. Put approxamently 2 heaping tablespoons of filling into an egg roll wrapper. Roll it up like an egg roll using water to seal.
