Great alternative to the usual breakfast fare.
Keep cooked pancakes warm in a 200º oven while preparing remaining pancakes. For the best flavor, heat the maple syrup in the microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds.
A hearty pancake that provides over 6 grams of fiber per serving. I like to add blueberries to the batter. Very kid-friendly recipe!

A healthy, whole grain twist to this traditional breakfast food.
This recipe makes about 6 waffles, but one half of one is more than filling. The best Belgian waffle recipe I've found...not necessarily the lowest in fat, unfortunately.
