Cookbook creator says: Since I cook for one, I made this with the meat from a leftover roasted leg, thigh, and wing. I used Mayo made with olive oil and cracked black pepper and cream of chicken soup. I also used quite a bit less cheese and it was still delicious! I think it would be good made with green beans, also.
