This is another installment of cheap quick things to make with preshredded storebought veggies. All of these recipes should take less than 5 minutes to make, and have a very large satisfying volume with low calories

Blend ingredients in a blender, a little at a time. Simmer on medium/low heat and spice to taste. Give or take suggested measurements and ingredients as you please!

Maybe the original recipe relies on store bought peanut buttter and that makes it creamier than using the all natural I get from Whole Foods, but this could be better. I'll take all suggestions! I also tweaked it for a more Asian style flavor.
