A Very easy vegetarian soup that was loved by this meat eating family!! Great nutritional breakdown as well and we were happy with the meal. We had multigrain bread for dipping.

This recipe makes enough dough for 2-large pizzas. I'll often divide the dough in four and freeze smaller balls for use as calzones later!

This recipe comes from "Moosewood Restaurant Cooks at Home", one of the best vegetarian cookbooks I know. I've modified it to suit my own taste - way more oregano and way less oil.
