no bake energy bites
1 C oatmeal
1 C coconut
1/2 C chocolate chips
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C flaxseed
1/3 C honey
1 tsp vanilla
Stir together until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator then roll into 1" balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
