Cookbook creator says: I made scrambled eggs with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup of milk; seperate it into 6 turkey slices in muffin tins. About 37 calories each. Add some chopped onion, red & green pepper and a few brocolli bits. Freeze and eat 1 for breakfast during workweek.
