My version of Coach Nicole's Bars -- I wanted something lower in calories and fat for a pre-workout meal. Make sure you bake it until it browns -- it took me almost an hour in my little toaster oven, but it is worth it! Once they cooled, they were the crunchy, non-falling apart bars I wanted!

Soft and chewy granola bars that can be altered with different fruits, chocolate chips and nuts. If you like a crunchy bar, cook at 325 temperature for 25 minutes instead.
