Cookbook creator says: This is a wonderful enchilada recipe- Chicken, black beans, corn, green chiles, red pepper flakes. Lots of good stuff going on. This is sandra lee's recipe from food network. I just omitted the salt from recipe calc because of my blood pressure. (i just never add salt) The buns are not included in the calorie count, use what you can for your desired calorie intake!

Made in the bread machine, divided into individual pizza crusts, couldnt be any easier! And soooooo low calorie! 211 calories per crust..and the individual crusts are plate size!
