This is a quick and easy bisquick pie recipe that satisfies your cheesy quiche craving. This blend of veggies is my personal favorite, but you can sub out your favorites (keeping in mind their calories!) if you want. This is a great way to use leftover veggies from last night's dinner, or use up what is about to go bad in the fridge!

Have one full quarter of the pie for a yummy dinner or brunch, or have an 8th of the pie as a side dish to your favorite soup or salad

Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and the sweet sauce at Papa John's is my all-time favorite. My viewpoint is, if you're going to make it at home, don't make it "just as good," make it better! So I'm remaking a medium Papa John's pie with pineapple, onion and bacon(BACON!!!). Fresh homemade sauce and premium ingredients make this recipe more than worth the calories, and still trimmer than the fast food original!

A low-fat, very filling soup for cold days!

I marked it vegetarian because it's very easy to make it veggie - leave out the sausage and replace the chicken bouillon with veggie broth. Let the onions carmelize a bit in some olive oil or butter to get some of that slightly smoky flavor.

I modified this recipe to include some flour for thickening the stew, but the original comes from the Frugal Gourmet Cooks With Wine by Jeff Smith.

This dish is very good served with crusty Italian bread, buttered noodles, or just on its own.

Cheap and EASY to make for lunch or dinner! Serve with Fat-Free or low-fat Pringles, some cucumber slices or carrots and you have a complete meal! I used thin sliced roasted-garlic Artisian bread, but this recipe calls for doing one large sandwich on French bread loaf and then slicing into individual portions.
