This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

A quick and easy recipe for a holiday brunch or anytime breakfast.
Fat and calories are a little high but nice for a special occasion. Using low fat cream cheese and crescents would help lower calories and fat .
This can be made the night before and refrigerated. It sets up better when it has been refrigerated .

I am so in love with vegetables that’s why I thought of concocting this one. A perfect side dish for grilled fish or chicken and a welcome dish at any picnic but sometimes I take this as my complete meal anytime of the day. It’s easy to prepare and nutritious!
